The estimator on this site is an arithmetic illustration that applies published exemption amounts to numbers you type in. It does not know your parcel, your assessed value, your county, your millage rates, your Save Our Homes history, your non-ad-valorem assessments or any additional exemption you may qualify for. It does not produce a tax bill and it is not a substitute for your county property appraiser's own estimator or your TRIM notice.
